OVERVIEW

Context

This project was developed as a personal exercise to simulate the creation of a digital presence for a contemporary communication agency.

Goal

The goal was to design and build a one-page website capable of expressing a clear identity while maintaining usability and consistency across different devices.

Tools

Visual Studio Code Figma ChatGPT

Skills

HTML CSS Javascript Bootstrap Prototyping

APPROACH

The process followed a structured approach, moving from research and content definition to UI design and front-end development.

01

Research & Benchmark

I started by analysing references from contemporary agency websites to understand layout patterns, visual language and interaction trends.

02

Information Architecture

I defined the structure of the page, organising content into clear sections to create a logical and easy-to-follow narrative.

03

Wireframing

Low-fidelity wireframes were created to explore layout, spacing and content hierarchy before moving into UI design.

04

UI Design

I defined the visual direction of the website, including color palette, typography and overall style, ensuring consistency and alignment with the intended brand identity.

05

Development

The design was translated into code using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, ensuring a responsive layout across different screen sizes. JavaScript and AOS were used to introduce subtle interactions.

06

Testing & Refinement

The final phase focused on alignment, spacing consistency and responsive behaviour, refining the interface to ensure clarity and coherence.
